IM CdA 2015: Week 9!
Let's get it started! Woo hoo! Woke up this morning with my IM training plan loaded up, ready to do some serious training! Hope everyone is having fun putting on their big kid IM pants and get down to business.
I'll swim after work today. Have some really ridiculous shin pain right now after a half marathon on Saturday, so I'm icing like crazy today hoping it resolves to keep on the plan with the run tomorrow. Otherwise I'm going to have to be a smart person and realize that skipping a run now is better than worsening the injury. I guess I need to up the self-care and core and all that stuff.

I guess it on now! I had a good swim this morning. 3500m - 68' I'm looking forward to getting outside and starting the longer bike rides this weekend.
