SALE: Save 20% on Wheelcovers from Wheelbuilder.com

Team,

A wheelcover is a very affordable opportunity to gain 99.99% of the benefits of a disk wheel at a fraction of the cost. Many, many EN athletes race with a wheelcover.

I've worked out a 20% discount on wheelcovers from our good friends and long-time EN sponsor Wheelbuilder.com. Regularly $99, you can now turn any wheel into a disk for only $79.

  • Team,

I've updated the first post with an EN-specific link and discount code to be used in the WB store. Thanks!

  • Coach Rich,
I definitely want one. Thanks for orchestrating the discount.
I need some advice...I'm fairly new to EN and am taking your advice to buy a power meter before a tri bike, which I'm now ready to do. However, I think in 6 months I'll also upgrade to a tri bike.
That said, without knowing my exact wheel specs, can you point me in the right direction for which wheel cover should I get?

When placing the order in their store you should be prompted to specify your rear wheel: brand, model, etc. these are cut to fit each specific wheel. If there is no option for your wheel, give them a call, say your with EN and they will hook you up. Please also give them that promo code

But try using the store first so it saves them some work. Thanks.
  • I'm still thinking about ordering one for my FLO60 wheel.   The code obviously doesn't work any longer, but they said they would give me 15 percent off if I mentioned EN.

Question I have is training.  I'm a bit nervous to try out something new on race day.  How much time do you spend practicing with the wheel cover before race day to get used to it?  I read that you aren't supposed to train with them.   If it is super windy, is it advised that we not use it?  I'm also not mechanically inclined so a last minute change would be difficult.

    Thanks.

  • I have a Trek Speedconcept... and ... saddly Wheelbuilder.com says that the covers they sell wont work in this bike. Any ideas (besides buying a disk wheel)?
