Craig's Season Plan advice
Hi Coach, Looking for some feedback on my plan..
When you created this plan I told you I had completed IMMT then was off and on for the following season with some health issues. I got things back on track and was ready to hit it again. You recommended the beginner OS, beginner marathon, etc...
Basically I'm feeling really good this season and jumped back into the plan more easily than expected. I'm wondering about a few things.
Can I get into an Intermediate plan instead?
Can I get your suggestions on a certain focus. My IM swim was pretty good at 1:07. My run was OK at 4:18. I went easier than I could have and left a bit on the table in favour of a 10 min bathroom break, and easy finish with a smile. My bike however has been my weakest point. My bike was 6:59 due to a weaker discipline and two flats in the first 10km. I think my bike would have been closer to 6:15 without the flat issues. Therefor is there a plan I can load that would help me improve my bike moving forward and would you suggest it if there is? Currently you have me loading the "beginner get faster plan" on Monday and then "beginner IM".
Two housekeeping questions : every time I access the forum on my phone or iPad it prompts me to load "tapatalk" to access the forum. I have done this twice and cant find an EN forum. I have searched "endurance nation" and "EN" and come up with nothing. Second, how do you permanently turn off the EN tour that jumps you around the site when I log in.
