Another change to my season.

Since the second revision  to my 2015 season  training roadmap (Dec 2015) things in my world have changed again.

1.       I was supposed to travel to Uganda from April 6-20th but the State Department did not allow my teaching cohort to go due to terrorist and other security warnings.  Instead, I will be traveling to India from June 6-25 and will have no opportunity to train there.

2.       As a result, I cannot do Quassy Oly on June 6th and have deferred to 2016  and I cannot do the Eastman Sprint on June 20th as I had previously scheduled.

3.       This means my first race of the season is Challenge Old Orchard Beach Oly on August 30th followed by the Pumpkinman Sprint on September 13th.

It feels strange to have my first race be so late in the season so how do you recommend I change my training plan to race both as A races given the time I will be away in June?

Thanks!

    Hey Kirsten,

Sorry about the friction with your season! Please submit this to me via the Triathlon Season Roapmap link, under Training above, so I can plan this out for you formally and I get everything I need in one place. Thanks!
