Sorry, I'm not familiar with any swim coaches in the area. I'd check to see if the Rose Bowl has a private lesson program. Their lunchtime Masters workout is packed but I don't know anything about/if they offer technique help.

I went through about 3 weeks of the Run Focused before I had to pull the plug and get some phycical therapy for a lingering hip issue. That has shut me down from running for about the last 3 weeks.
Ive been able to keep up with the bike and swim workouts though.
Now Im wondering where I should go from here. I'm slowly beginning to ramp the run back up this week but wont be full tilts for at least 2 or 3 more.

Sorry I missed this. I'd like you to load up the Bike Focused plan, setting it to end 5wks out, so that this week is wk2 of the plan. The BF plan has the least amount of hard running in our plans and is probably the best fit for you right now. Do that until you feel like you're run is back, then load up the GF plan per the TSR I created for you back in January.
In IM plan week 12 of 20. Bike test today...came in 30 watts below last 20 test (260 in july, 230 today).
Is this to be expected since my long rides have become z2 and z3 and no longer z4?
Do I need to reset my zones with this benchmark, even though I've been able to do the z3 and z2 intervals as described?
Should I jump outta a building?
How / what was your testing protocol from test to test? Did you test the same way, same venue, etc? 30w is a huge drop and I would be questioning the validity of the test itself.
Everything ws consistent across the tests. The funny thing is, my z4 intervals today were still right where they've been the last couple months, as have my weekend ride numbers. SO I guess I'll keep riding on the same power numbers and assume it was just a wonky test.

Sorry I didn't circle back to you sooner. Yeah, the test was whack, no way you've lost that many watts. How are things now?
Just coming off of santa Cruz and a couple sprints the last few weeks.
In 4 weeks Im doing 2 Olys on backtoback weekends at end of Oct.
After that Ill do a Nov OS.
What can I hop into for a 4 week build?

I think you'll simply roll your HIM fitness into those short course races. I recommend you load up the SC plan to end on that final Oly in October. Good luck!
