Work went south Friday, so made today a "big" day RR.

56 mile in 2:56
6 mile in 47:30
Felt strong at the end, better than I thought as the diet has been a near total failure?? and I'm cruising at 6lbs over goal. So long as I stay healthy, STG is looking good. I still cannot fathom CDA however. After 56, I am very ready to hop of the bike.
