injury sidelined me
I'm in week 15 of HIM. race is May 31st. Ran 8 miles last Thursday and left knee has been locked up since. I'm staying off it except swimming and cycling. Cycling oddly enough doesn't hurt. Running kills. I'm icing, using chiropractic, acupuncture, stretching, rolling etc.
I'd appreciate some advice on whether to stay completely off it and how to re enter my training plan without re injuring myself. Thanks.

You are in run jail until you get some kind of clearance...can you get to see a PT?
For now we bike Tues/Thurs (tues is the FTP session from wed), Thu is an ABP ride of 60 to 75 minutes (mostly Z3). Then bike as planned on the weekend and swim M/W/F.
