Race Day Logistics

I'm preparing my presentation for you guys tomorrow. Please walk me through the logistics of race day, your recommendations, etc. IE have family drop you off, you take the shuttle, they do X (is it worth them going to the swim?) blah, blah.

In other words, details and lessons learned from the folks who raced it last year. Thanks!

    Rich, I have taken the shuttle the last two years. It allows me to check my run gear bag before I jump on the bus. There is plenty of parking at the courthouse half a block from T2. My sister has watched the swim start both years, with the new road out to Sand hollow she was able to park on the side of the road and walked in, this allowed her to leave right after T1. My wife and daughter hangout around T2, there is free wifi WCSDguest, so they can track my progress. Sometimes they go up onto redhills parkway to see me on the bike then head down to T2. They then go back up to redhills parkway so they can see me on the run both directions. They have plenty of time to get back down to the finish line.
