Traveling on camp weekend

I am on a 5 day business trip to New Orleans for the entirety of my first RR/camp weekend (IM week 15) in mid-may. I could run, probably swim, but I think bike would be tough (I do have a bike case though). Problem is I basically have 8 hours of meetings every day of the trip. I think I could probably bail on some of it, but it would not be a good platform. Can I move the weekend up or back ?

  • Doug, can you move it up? As in literally use the drop down to make the week before (14) be week 15 and do it...then that next week is part recovery and part fitness maintenance -- a few short runs, etc.
  • If I move it back one week instead I can leverage the 3 day weekend. If I move it up, I will be 2 weeks from St George - and it would fall on Mother's day. 5 weeks from CDA ok for a camp?

  • Back that thang up!!!! Do it...but do the whole week of it so you get the full effect (use the drop down menu dealio to just toggle that one week). And be sure to recover well...it'll take a bit!
