Hey Coach Rich,

I'm in week 7 of Get Faster and am cutting it short for a 4 day golf trip this weekend.  I should be able to do some light running but no biking or swimming while away.  When I return I'll be in Week 8 of GF (Testing) but then follow that with Week 8 of HIM which is also testing.  I was thinking that I would repeat Week 7 of GF when I return and then test when I begin the HIM plan.  Sound reasonable?

    Yes, that sounds good. Would be great if you could shift more of your running toward this golf trip, ie, do your best to run every morning, if possible. Not a deal breaker if you can't though
