"Unstructured" training week

I have an "unstructured" training week coming up on 5/11.  Help me understand what that is, and how I should approach it.  Thanks.

    Basically your year is so long that we'd be negligent having you train hard and focused for the full 40-ish weeks. So we'd like to give you a bit of a break, a time when staring at an HRM or a PowerMeter isn't required. Earlier in the year you did Swim Camp, so you could return to a week of that...or you could get a week of sleeping in, light activity that fits your schedule (maybe a bit more on the weekend) and then be ready to get back to work with an eye towards Steelhead!
