Schmitt BQ Final Block

Goal: Complete Grandma's Marathon (Duluth, MN) on June 21 in 3:10 - goal pace 7:15. I will probably need 3:13 or 3:14 to qualify for Boston.

PR half-marathon in March was 1:31:29 with an average pace of 6:59.

I am in the final week of a 6 week high volume custom training plan that you wrote me. Long runs are averaging between 7:27 and 7:40. I've added hillier terrain, and it's going OK.

I need guidance for the final training block and guidance for race pace strategy. I have a coaching call set up for Wednesday.
