Download from Garmin.com to WKO+

I haven't been uploading to WKO+ for a few months and realized that i deleted 3 months of data from my 510 after uploading to Garmin/ Strava.

I exported the GPX files from Garmin.com and imported them  to WKO+ but apparently, no power data.

is there a way to download files with power data from Garmin or Strava and import to WKO+?

thanks all!

On Strava, go to Profile/Settings, look for a Download all your activities button in the lower right corner. Click that, you'll get an email to download all of your stuff. It will be in a big zip folder. Open that and you'll have .fit files, I believe. Not sure how/if those can be uploaded into WKO+ but I was able to upload them into TP.com to recreate my log over there.

  • To transfer an individual workout from Garmin Connect website into WKO+ PC program, click on the wheel/gear in the upper right on the workout's page. Choose Export TCX (.tcx) or Export Original (.fit). Load that file into WKO+.

.tcx has been more reliable the few times I've done it for cycling workouts.
