Riding with the "Big Kids"

Hi Patrick! The past couple of weeks (Wed) I have been riding with one of the local tri groups down at Sandy Hook for an hour, with a 30-min brick run after.  It's actually perfect with the hour ride and 30-min run.  I know the EN plan calls for lots of Z5 intervals.  These guys really push the pace (especially Turby! lol) and when I lose the draft, I pretty much have to sprint to catch them again.  So I figure those are my intervals!  I feel like these rides are going to make me stronger by trying to stay with the big boys.  My NP both weeks for the entire ride has been right between Z3 and Z4.  What say you?
