Hello All,

can someone share with me their bike file of IM CHOO?  I want to start looking at the elevation and mapping.  I am trying to get a head of this.

I was just looking at the bike course (thanks for that link, Coach Rich!) and I'm noticing a bunch of u-turns. Like, LOTS of them. What's that about? The course is already too long, so why do they have the added "loop-de-loops". Very strange indeed. Someone please enlighten me:-)

Look at the map on RidewithGPS.com, not the cue sheet. As Joel said, no u-turns and it's an easy to follow course. The only sharp turn, that I recall, is the hard left onto Hog Jowl Rd.

Thanks Rich! Yes, the map looks pretty straight forward. I should not have looked at the cue sheet and freaked out:-) Everyone from around here that did IM Choo loved the bike course!

I really enjoyed the bike course. Not a fan of the admin miles in/out of town butya gotta get from the river to the country somehow.
