Newbie Question on EN Arm Coolers

I purchased the EN Arm Coolers and really like them and plan to wear during all my rides and races.  Two questions, what's the proper way to wear them, meaning where does the EN logo go and where should the little dots go on your arms.  Second, does anyone where them under a full wetsuit or do you put them on in T1?  Thanks!

If the swim is wetsuit legal I would for sure wear them under your wetsuit. Putting arm coolers on wet arms will suck up some serious time in T1. The last time I wore arm coolers it was a non-wetsuit swim so I threaded them onto my aerobars and put them on while settling into my ride. Notwithstanding the above, I am not convinced arm coolers are overly effective.

Right.  The evaporative cooling effect is the reason products like this "cool."  The more humid the conditions, the less products like this work.  In very humid environments odds are they're making you warmer rather than cooler.

I live in Houston.  "Cooling" products don't work for shit here since you pretty much won't find any place in the USA that's has the combo of heat and humidity like you find along the Gulf Coast.  I wear them for one reason... sun protection.  They work great for that.
