Done it a couple times in the past. But I'm on call this weekend and also not ready to run 13. Cold water so. Ring long sleeve wetsuit and maybe a neoprene cap. It's very hilly. Four loop bike. First part rolling then a nice 2-3 mile downhill with a complete 180 degree turn at the bottom. They will warn you. Then when you have no momentum you have a mile or so climb back to start the next loop. Bring your compact. Run has varied every year I've done it. The last time they tried to flatten it but there will be hills and some hard pack trails and fire roads. It's low key and challenging. Have fun
