I don't have a leg length discrepancy---I've had it check by a sports medicine MD, an orthopaedic surgeon, and a podiatrist. I'd always thought I did, so I bugged 3 different docs about it.
However, I've always noticed a difference in "strength" from the left to the right on the SpinScan of the Computrainer. Last year, my injury was due to a tightness in my right hip. I've spent alot of time and $$ getting ART, doing stretches and foam rollering that hip. Guess I should pay some attention to the left one too.
Yeah, I really do need to work on some core strength. I've completely fallen off the wagon about it this season.
As for driving the hip up, are there drills to do for that? Like running with a high knee on each side, then on both sides for a couple of strides?
And for the pelvis opening up, I really do need to concentrate on that. Riding in aero puts my pelvis tilting the other way. Must remember to rotate open when I run...
