Mandy Midgett's Crazy week

Hi!

Im in the 12th week of IM training for IMLP.

Need some help re-arranging this week....Our pool is closed for the week and the OWS option is only available Thursday evening :-( Should I just do some swim cords instead and not worry about swimming?

 Also, I need to fit in the long rides for Sat and Sun during this week since I am unable to make them happen on Sat and Sun. I can make them happen Wed through Fri though. Then I could move the 5k TT to Sat or Sunday?

 Please let me know soonest the best course of action:-)

  • Mandy, priorities this week are the long rides; I am not worried about the 5k unless you think you really need to adjust those zones. I'd rather just have you get in an nice 60' steady state (Z2-ish) run, then Monday off to prepare for the final push!

    Ps - forget the swim, just cord it up!
