I've started the GF plan, I'm on week 4 now; I'll do a Half Marathon in June 28, I don't have any "long run" day, should I change one day for that?

I recommend you bump the volume of the scheduled Sunday run to about 1:30-45 by adding Zone 2 time to the scheduled workout. That should be enough to prepare you for a half marathon on the 28th. Good luck!

Next week will be my first Ironman in Los Cabos, and also the finish line for my TSR, in the rest of the year I just want to do an Olympic tri on November 25 or something; is this a good time to start thinking about the OS and the next year?
