Modifying short course intermediate week 10
Wednesday is a swim day. Given my talk with Coach P he has recommended only swimming once a week in the pool and doing this at the end of the training block.
How would I modify week 10 to make this work?

I would have you skip the Wednesday swim and just do the run.
Friday you could move Sat workouts there...Sunday to Saturday, then your Sunday could be the Friday or Wednesday swim your call.
If that that isn't an option with your schedule then Friday becomes a 45 minute Zone 1-2 run with strides at the end (4-6 x Strides). Then Sat as planned, Sunday as planned but add the swim.
