Angela Russian 2015 Macro Thread

I'm only just now beginning to commit myself to training - should the training plan change or should I just jump in from here with the baseline fitness I have now?

    Hi Angela,

    Please submit to me another Triathlon Season Roadmap request (under the Training tab above) so I can get what I need to look at your schedule and see where to start you out at.

    Nothing has changed with my race schedule. I've done all the races which were on my calendar before.  It's just that I haven't done the training.  My last race was Raleigh 70.3, before that was St. Croix (swim and run only).  My next race is Vineman 70.3 in July, so I'd like to train properly for that.  I'm not sure if I should be doing things differently since I didn't do any of the outseason work.

    Hey Angela,

    I'm pretty sure we covered this in our chat on Thursday, but I'd like you to load up the HIM plan to end on Vineman and then make whatever modifications you need to that plan to keep yourself healthy. Good luck!
