next week for me is week 11 of the Interm. Short Course plan.

Monday is a rest day

Wednesday is a swim (key) /run day

Thursday is a bike day (listed

I can do ANYTHING monday.  Wednesday I can do nothing.  These could easily swap.

Thursday I can't use MY bike.. i could attend a high intensity spin class (flywheel, soul cycle sort of thing in ATL).

I'll run into this a lot... so early input is appreciated so I can help self-coach better as weeks go by.

  • Shane I prefer if you do the Tuesday Ride/Run on Monday as you just ran 2x1 mile @ Z4 on Sunday.

    IOW, I don't want the only two hard runs each week back to back / within 24 hours...that's too much.

    So I would do the following:

    Mon - Tuesday Bike/Run
    Tues - Wednesday Swim/Run
    Wed - OFF
    Thu - Spin Class Bike (bonus if you can get in a short 15' run on a treadmill after, Zone 2 is ok).
    Fri - Swim as Planned.
    Sat - As planned.
    Sun - As planned.
