No bike this weekend - what to do?

I have a family issue that is going to take me out of the bike for the weekend.  After listening to the podcast and "everything counts" message, I'm looking for what I should do this weekend so I don't just relax and enjoy the weekend like someone who doesn't have IMLP coming up.  I can run on hilly dirt roads.  How far on Saturday / Sunday and at what intensity?
