Transition from 70.3 to Mountain Century in 4 weeks

Hello Rich,

Just finished Raleigh 70.3 this past Sunday.  I'm figuring a week easy for recovery.  I have the Blood, Sweat and Gears 100 mile, 10,000ft gain ride coming up June 27th.  No other tri's on the calendar so far for the remainder of the year.    Will swim for amusement and recovery, and try to drop some more weight.   Does it make sense to jump on a bike focus plan, or just ride tons between now and then?

    Hey Dave,

    Bike Focus plan but do an HIM-esque ride(s) on the weekend. IE, 3-4hrs should be more than enough. Good luck!
