Dan's Macro Thread

I started my final race prep phase this week and have some upcoming races and didn't know how to balance the training with racing. 

In particular I have opted to do any Olympic this weekend 6/7 and I'm supposed to have a 210 ride on Saturday.  Should I do this as planned and just race Sunday or throttle down Saturday to race harder Sunday?

Also I have a tune up half in the end of June and I will be running into the same situation.

    Do the ride as scheduled and then race on Sunday. IE, don't compromise your training to Saturday to account for the race on Sunday. Good luck!
