There is a pre-race webinar scheduled June 10, 2015, from 5pm to 6:30pm PST (that's West Coast:o)). 







Join Coach Rich for a special Pre-Race call about Ironman Coeur d'Alene. During this call, Coach Rich will discuss how to handle the final few days leading up to the race. In addition, Rich will walk through each leg of the course, giving you critical insights regarding conditions, terrain, pacing and much more. At the end of the presentation you will have the chance to submit questions -- Rich won't leave until all your questions are answered!
