Next training plan/race

Back from IMLanzarote with rejuvenated MoJo sadly no PB this year but happy with the result (120k of the bike into a 20mph headwind)
I've changed my plan now I'm back to a HIM plan to finnish on Aug 23rd as there is a local middle distance race that weekend, shall i just jump into week 10 from monday? Should i do a test week? Is 2 weeks since Lanzarote enough recovery?
