Hi Rich,
Just got my TSR. I had been training for IM on 7/5/2015 up until the other day so my distance for bike and swim are great. My FTP just jumped from 200 to 217, test today. It's not back to 248 as before hamstring. I think the GF will be good as I slowly inch up the run milage and try to further bump my FTP. I can't see doing another half dozen 100 mile training rides unless its fun with fitness kinda ride until closer to IMMOO.

Yep. I'm learning towards (1) high frequency running, (2) short/hard interval rides, and (3) long rides on the weekends capped at 3-4hrs until ~8-10wks out, then start boosting the cycling volume, after having used the early weeks of Race Prep to boost running volume. That's what I'm doing right now with my own training anyway.
