Looking for Long Ride Route in Dallas

I will be visiting family in the Dallas area in about a week and a half.  Looking for some places to do 1 to 4 hour rides.  Any recommendations?

    Head up to Denton and ride the country roads up there heading north. Lots of good shoulders.

    PM Shaughn Simmons or David Leventhall. Both GREAT guys, and really willing to help. Or else maybe stalk their Strava profiles and see where they ride.

    What days will you be here?
    What area of town will you be in? Both make a big difference, as it takes quite a lot of time to get from one area to another (DFW is HUGE!)

    If you're here over a Saturday, you could probably ride the ol "South Loop" with me and one of my groups. There are options for 42, 52 and sometimes even 65, all starting and finishing at the same spot, near White Rock Lake.

    I will be in Lewisville, Tx from Sunday June 21st to Friday night June 26th. Have plenty of time during the week for traveling and workouts.

    John - I just saw this thread. Were you able to get some riding in? Sorry I didn't see this earlier - I would have loved to have given you some suggestions.
