Mark's 2015 Macro

Hi Rich,

I'm doing Victoria 70.3 tomorrow and then the season road map has me load up the IM plan on route to Challenge Penticton at the end of August. I was looking around in the wiki for some info on recovery or transition after the HIM. Is there some guidance out there? Should I play the first week by ear depending on how the race goes tomorrow. I plan on racing it as an A race so I think I might need a little down time but I don't know how much. Thoughts?
