The next step and advice

Hey Coach P, hope all is well and your summer is going good.  I posted my race report on the site and was hoping you would look it over and possibly go over it with me to make sure I have the right thought process.  Also I am going to be getting into my next phase of training (for Choo) and want to make sure I am ready.  I will make some changes and want to run them by you

  • Eric, thanks for the report...when we talk I'll want to know what you drank on the bike (seems like it wasn't enough) as well as what you AHR was for the bike vs AHR for the run. You can see in your file just how much higher your HR was on the run...your body basically went into damage control trying to keep up with the heat!
  • Yeah I seem to agree with you. I think I was grossly low in my fluid, but I felt full. Anyway, I have been trying to sync schedules between you and I, and its difficult to say the least. Lets see if we can do a talk this week.
