Making Progress (Bike Test this morning)

This post serves no purpose whatsoever other than I'm a bundle of "PUMPED UP" from my outside bike test this morning and I gotta tell someone.  My "other" coach came out and did the test with me and acted as my whip so I think that's why I performed and executed so well.  We got some great data for both HR and power.  5' VO2 power was 227w (up from 205w).  20' effort was 185w (up from 172).  Last test was end of March.
