Camp week pushed out 1 week
Hello everyone, I am doing the 12 week IM plan and had to move camp week out a week. I am doing camp week this week. What are your thoughts on were I should resume next week? I have really enjoyed reading everyone's post on the IMLP forum and am looking forward to meeting you. I'm starting to get nervous anyone else feeling the same?
