Hasan Baydoun Micro thread

I'm supposed to run an hour (with 1mile interval) and bike 5 hr on saturday, and bike 3 hrs on Sunday. 

Unfortunately, weather not cooperating this weekend- Thunderstorms all morning saturday, and might become light rain in the afternoon. 

should be light scattered rain for sunday, so good for all day. 

Please help; should I switch things around? a 5 hr trainer session sounds like SHEAR UTTER MISERY.  Thoughts on how to switch it up in this case?
