New break down for my schedule

Hey Coach, I have been playing around with the week to week schedule because its so tough working a 24hr shift work schedule with different days off.  So I put this together and wanted your input.  Instead of a 7 day schedule I put together a 6/12 day schedule.  For the most part I have all the workouts in (especially all the red workouts) 12 days instead of 14.  Here is what it looks like:

Day1: (24hr work) Run 45'+ (Int)

Day2: Bike 60'-75' (Int/Tempo)

Day3: (24hr work) Swim

Day4: Bike 210'+

Day5: Bike 150'+/ R 30'+ (Tempo)

Day6: (24hr work) Swim

Day7: Run 90'+ (long run day)

Day8: (24hr work) Run 25'+ (Tempo)

Day9: Swim/ (Possible bike for 90' Int/Tempo)

Day10: Bike 210'+

Day11: Bike 150'+/Run 30'-45'

Day12: Swim

Day13: Repeat

  • Eric, I like it. The most important thing is that you are flexible, especially on the sessions where you are just beat. As long as you pinky promise to take the day if you need it, I am okay with it!!!!
