I have updated my season plan for the remainder of the summer. Basically a sprint next weekend (7/18) then IM Wisconsin in Sept.I loaded up the short coarse plan to end next weekend.
Coeur D Alene went well for me actually, all things considered. My not feeling well during the race, stomach problems & stuffy head issues, I'm sure was do to the beginning of this nasty sinus infection/head cold I'm dealing with right now. Sucks to have a cold in July.
Everything else is feeling good. legs are well rested & ready to get back at it.
Should I just load up the Full IM plan? Or, stick with the short coarse stuff for a couple of weeks & then get back into the longer distance plan?

Do the SC plan this week then next week load up the IM plan to end on IMWI. Good luck!
