Just wondering for ball park reference, with the difficulty of the Wisc bike course, what would a say 6 hour Lake Placid ride be at Wisco? assuming average conditions at each site and same rider and effort.

Don't know, but you could use BBS to do a simulation for IMLP then, keeping the athlete info the same (weight, FTP, IF, etc) change the race to IMWI.
I used BBS to put in the numbers I recall I rode for IMWI '11 (ie, Pnorm, weight, etc), applied that to the WI course and it's prediction was very close to what I rode at IMWI. 2011 the bike was about 113-113.5mi, has since been fixed. Anyway, my point is that BBS seems to be a pretty good predictor
