Sounds like everyone has had a pretty good week. I just finished a 3 hour ride with a local group. Tried Tailwind today for the first time. Not my thing. Going back to GEF. Totals for this week were 6.5 hours on the bike, 26 miles running and 8600 yds in the pool. Gonna try to follow the workouts this week through Thursday, then I've got my first tri of the season next Saturday. (Lake Logan 70.3).
Anu - your post made me smile. Glad to hear you've recovered and are getting at it again.
Paul - Nice job on the race. Sounds like I might have enjoyed the swim.
Roy - keep on leading. You're keeping us honest.
Stephan - take the rest you need. Us OF don't recover like we used to.
Slept like a log today. Rain continues but it wasn't lightning out so I went to the pool and swam 4600 yards. It rained nearly the entire time, pouring at some points. Besides 2 lifeguards I was the only one there. I also got on the trainer for 2 hrs 53 mins putting together Spinervals 16 & 17, aka Aero Base Builder I and II. I kept these in upper Z2 and the bottom of Z3 for recovery effort.
Tomorrow I begin another 3 week hard training block. Bring it.
