  • That's awesome, Tim! Congrats on an incredible win. I was encouraged that even little fast guys pay close attention to their weight!
  • Tim, AMAZING job and well deserved.  You keep rising to the challenge.  It's been a pleasure cyber-stalking you on Strava and you're always up to something fun. Thanks for including your metrics and your attention to detail (your tiny tiny weight!!?)  is admirable.  I bow down....

    Cheers!

  • Tim,

Thank you for sharing your race with us. Age group win...it was always just a matter of time. You have the patience of a veteran and you were able to dig and pull it out under some very challenging circumstances. No doubt the love and support which you and Heather share play a big role as your secret weapon. I will never underestimate the power of loving support.
It was a joy to see you out on the course. I am so happy for you, my friend. I will be watching you on the Kona Live feed come October image
  • I'm late to the party as usual but want to add my congrats. I'm trying to decide whether it's the secret Heather kisses or your steely willpower to get to race weight that is responsible for your success! Really, you've motivated me to cut some weight before IM Louisville! Congrats again - you are the boss!!
  • Amazing performance and of course no surprise to those who follow your racing. I will be interested to hear some of your reflections on the different training and how you think it has impacted you. The LSD running, massive running and ultramarathon, etc. All very interesting. The pacing / IF on the bike...very interesting discussion on that already. We are naturally all in awe of your talent but your training approaches are something that we can all benefit from. Best of luck in the Kona RACE. Cheers!
  • u are an inspiration! go get that KONA race!
  • big congrats.    glad you were able to push even further to the top.     bummed our ironman schedules will not overlap.
  • Stone cold racing assassin!

Congrats on the AG win! Extremely impressive progression you've demonstrated over the past several seasons.

Thank you for your willingness to share your wisdom and learning points.

    Go kill it in Kona!
