Dino Sarti's Macro Thread! First Ever!

hey, hey, hey!

I am just getting back to earth after IMC on 7/26 and ready to starting being fit again.  What plan should I load up based on the following thoughts:

  • I want to perform well during the Levi Grand Fondo on 10/3
  • I am doing a half marathon on 11/7 - The Revel Canyon City on Hwy 39
  • I want to start the out season in time to set up good form and fitness to PR IMCal on 4/2/16
  • Super "A" race for 2016 is Placid on July 24th, 2016

I think it will be November Outseason, but stuff should I be doing between now and then?
