David's workout week and other questions

Couple of quick questions. 

Signed up last week to help me get through the crunch time to my Oct. 17 race. I loaded week eight of EN full Intermediate figuring this week would be week eight. This morning it has moved to week nine. I did week eight's monday swim, should I continue with week 8 or move on to week nine for the rest of the week?

Also how do I connect either Training Peaks, or Strava to my profile so you can access my workouts?

Pardon the newby questions. I have always gone it alone. Still connecting to having other's help and critique.
