Newby questions first week
I apparently put this in the wrong place so I'll try here.
Couple of quick questions.
Signed up last week to help me get through the crunch time to my Oct. 17 race. I loaded week eight of EN full Intermediate figuring this week would be week eight. This morning it has moved to week nine. I did week eight's monday swim, should I continue with week 8 or move on to week nine for the rest of the week?
Also, you have my plan finishing Oct. 25. My race is Oct. 17. Does something need adjusting?
I have mapped out the week 8 saturday workout already and jumping to nine will throw a monkywrench in the proceedings.
Also how do I connect either Training Peaks, or Strava to my profile so you can access my workouts? I would prefer to use Strave, but will use Training Peaks if that is what you prefer. Just need to know which one so I can move in a direction.
Pardon the newby questions. I have always gone it alone.

How to update profile with strava and garmin.
(1) Click on your name in the upper right of the site.
(2) Click on the “edit profile” button on the left hand side.
(3) Find the Strava field and enter your athlete url (you’ll find that when you click on your profile on Strava).
(4) Add your Garmin connect info there too..any anything else you want.
