Choo camp

Hey coach, I paid for me and my girl friend to do the camp but she isn't getting any of the emails.  Who can I check with to make sure she is enrolled in the camp?  I looked in my bank account and I paid for two but I just want to make sure.  Also after the podcast this week, its ironic that she is doing a half this weekend.  She is treating it like a "C" race, but with her still being in the camp, how should she approach the days prior during and after the race so she benefits from the camp?

    She isn't getting the emails because while you paid for two camp spots you never told me who the second person was, gave me her name and email address, etc. Please PM me with her name, email address, and t-shirt size. 

    She should probably take at least 1-2 days off/easy early next week so that she's ready for the camp training which begins on Friday. More information here

  • Hey coach, I was wondering, I know that you said to make sure we bring what we will need nutrition wise on the course, but will there be available water so we can mix bottles on the bike (i.e., special needs area). And what is the deal with nutrition on the run? Are there going to be any aid stations or no? I am sure you have probably answered this a bunch so forgive me ahead of time. Thanks
