Hello - I am thinking of doing Lake Steven's half Ironman 3 weeks after Whistler IM. It is on August 16th. Would that throw off my training plan? I am feeling pretty good. No aches and pains.

Hi Diana,
Since the race is next weekend and you're in the IM Transition training plan right now, I recommend you just stay in that training plan and take the fitness you have now into that race, without really changing your training, per se, this week or next. In other words, the race is only ~10 days away so nothing you do or don't do in the next 10days will really make a difference. Just do the race with your IMCA fitness.
