Brian Lehnen's Micro Thread
Hey Coach,
Just received my Training Roadmap and loaded up the EN Half Beginner plan as suggested. Jumping in on Week 8 starting tomorrow (ending Nov 8th), but week 8 has me doing a bike test on Tuesday, which I just performed on Saturday to get my Training Zones. Should I substitute out this workout with another bike workout, if so, which?
Lastly, the upcoming Saturday has me doing what appears to be a race rehearsal (all 3 activities), but my road map does not have the first rehearsal scheduled until 9/21. Should this be substituted as well or just go with it?

You can do an alternate ride of 2 x 12' (5') @ Z4/FTP/Hard. That Saturday workout is the big day, you can learn more about it here: http://members.endurancenation.us/TrainingPlan/TrainingPlanCentralPage/ENFULLPlanResources/BigDayGuidance.aspx
So it's not a proper RR, but rather more of a fitness / experience / logistical test...based on what we learn, we can improve things moving forward!
Very interested in the January volume camp, however, the page says the item is no longer available to place a deposit.
Is this camp officially sold out? The page did not say, so I thought I would check.
