Help for (Patti) this coming week (intermediate IM week 13)
This past week I didn't do much other than work in the ER! Also had some medical issues that kept me out of working out, riding my bike, even after my shifts. Upcoming week I should be able to do a lot more. however I have Zell am See 70.3 championship on the 26th
should I decrease the volume on my rides/runs? or try to fit as much in as possible?

I say you really train/taper for the 70.3...it's part of your return. And then I say that you jump from that into the final weeks of the IM plan for Kona prep, planning on a few big weekends in early Sept!
ok. I can get in some stuff this week and I feel a whole lot better than I did over the weekend. Might as well be sick at work if you have to work anyway...or be sick anyway...the nurses took care of me as well as the patients
did about 1.5 miles open water continuous today which was truly wonderful and very healing in itself. Back at it tomorrow!
I understand it was tolerable but very cold...You all are tough cookies! about ready for that IM in Norway!
Mkes me think about that lady that did the "swim to Antartica"
