IMMD Swim training
I feel like I am way behind on my swim fitness. Due to work and various minor injuries, my IM swim training did not begin or progress at the same pace as the bike and run. My longest swim workout to date since load IM week 9 has been 2000 m. I am a little concerned that I wont be able to perform in the water as needed on race day. Anything in particular, I can do to jump start my swim game?

You're still a good ways out and I think you just need to do your best to knuckle down and follow the swim schedule in the training plans? With only 3 swims scheduled per week, missing 1-2 per week is pretty much the same as not swimming at all. Time to get it done.
