plan amendment

Hey Coach P and Coach Rich,

i hope all is going well with you both.

so my plan for this year has been leading up to Ironman MT-Tremblant and it is now done image  race did not end well but it was still a PB by 21 minutes.   Im doing IM Chattanooga in 5 weeks and hope to meet my goal of sub 11 this year.

So if you guys can do up a plan that will keep me fit, fast and ready for Chattanooga that would be awesome!

    Hey Brent,

    Congrats on MT! Notes:

    • This week load up the Post Ironman Transition Training Plan, to end in 4wks. 
    • Do 2wks of this plan
    • Then load up the IM plan to end on your next race, so that puts you 3wks out.
