What now?

hi

my season is over and i'm waiting for a new season plan. My A races are in may and june 2016 so i'm wondering what to do from now 'till the end of the year. 

My goals:

to loose some weight,

work on swim technique

get my running fitness back managing my calves injuries

i was thinking 1 long ride a week + 1 or 2 1h-2h Z4/Z5 rides, slow and short runs (20 to 40') every other day while being on a swimcamp

than a bike focus plan before getting on NOS

any thoughts?
